Awakening

High of 56°F today. It's warming up and wildlife has begun to reappear. I watched a pair of muskrats dive for vegetation in patches of open water amongst the ice. I couldn't get a shot of the two together as they remained 10 feet or so apart. On surfacing they chomped away for a few minutes before slithering underwater for a refill. Until they didn't.
