The Yellow Umbrella

Walking in the rain,  this woman with the dog and the yellow umbrella stopped and said we really should have an umbrella and she could get us one like this…or she’d give hers to us.  But we thanked her and declined.  
Another random act of kindness in the city.   Most Seattleites actually don't use umbrellas .  Something we noticed when we moved here.
