One thing leads to another.

Early walk today. Went to Gait Barrows National Nature Reserve  with its famous limestone pavements. Had in mind a blip about kamenitzas. I’ll tell you another time !

On the main path  we came across this Blackthorn covered with lichens and mosses.
Mrs. K. said it reminded her that a friend had strongly recommended a book called “ The Lost Rainforests of      Britain “ by Guy Shrubsole.
Half an hour later got home and in less than a minute I am reading the ebook on my Kindle.
Costs less than a coffee and a bun and should give some hours of pleasure.
