Late night post work snack

Today I went for a walk in the forest with Isla to ease my muscles from yesterday's hill run/walk. Bumped into wee Thea thumper and the dogs! She get cuter every time and is soon going to be one.

Went to work, had staff training found out I was being assessed on my water part of my lifeguard exam- no warning at all!

Passed thankfully!

Then working till ten. Shift went by so quickly we were so busy! I didn't eat for seven hours - a personal best for me I think!


Home now, bed soon got work tomorrow and hoping to fit a 10k in. So I can have four decent runs in the bag this week.
