Old running shoes

Dog went to day care today and were knackered when they got back.  Another day of meetings with other departments going through our processes with the new supplier. Rain had stopped so I headed out for a run by myself for a change around the roads, learned from last time that the dogs don’t cope too well after a day of day care. Went around the old loop and managed the 14K without too many difficulties.
