A happy mum...

To be on the receiving end of Alan's smiles this morning :-))

I slept really well as soon as my head hit the pillow, till D's alarm went off at 7.45am.  A long time since that's happened.  Still feeling tired but energy levels definitely up.

Have taken it easy today doing not much of anything.  

Alan had an appointment with the hygienist this afternoon so had his usual doze of diazepam before he went.  Apparently he was Mr Charm to all the dental staff.  He was sound asleep five minutes after he got home.  

Felt well enough to make sticky pineapple chicken for dinner.  It was rather nice.

A relaxing evening and now hoping for another night of uninterrupted sleep.
