Pre-holiday sports therapy

Human now has tape to help support back and muscles persuaded that they should try and cooperate and perform normal functions. Lumbar support and a camera holding waist strap arrived. Instant heat and ice packs will also be taken along. Lots of overthinking going on. Hopefully will all be OK.
