Autumn

I guess Autumn is on our doorstep, regardless of the heat of the past few days.  We haven't have a single drop of rain for the whole of February; but thankfully today a cool change has come through - but still no rain.

There are devastating bush fires in Western Victoria - it's an area we know well because it's on the main road between here and Melbourne. 

Because of the wet winter, the tulip tree flowered well this year, and is now full of seeds, which the cockatoos clearly love.
