Ministerial Visit

A visit from the newly appointed parliamentary undersecretary of state in the Scotland Office, Donald Cameron. He was going round some of the places which have been spending the Community Ownership Fund money. He was an MSP but has been given a seat in the House of Lords so he can join the government. Presumably won't be in office very long in the opinion polls are to be believed but the peerage is for life.
