I met with my PT today to discuss stepping up on my prehab routine.
New plan over next 10 weeks is:

Continue with current knee strengthening regime.

Walk 30 mins every day to build up tolerance because of spondylolisthesis. 

Lose 1 pound per week to help prevent potential surgery risks for being a wee bitty voluptuous. 

Increase protein intake.

Count calories.

Drink 2 litres of water daily.

Treat and avoid constipation. 

Have lots of fun and laughter.
