Two of the deer we saw on our walk this morning, in brilliant sunshine I hasten to add, looking like bookends.    I was torn between this and the extra, where we were being watched, the two younger ones on the left made me smile.    They were quite a distance from us but I'm just so happy to see and photograph them.
So many roads closed for 'emergency repairs' and finding diversions added an hour onto our journey today, this seems to be happening so often and when they reopen you can't see what, if anything, has been done.   It's so frustrating.  I'm thankful I didn't have any appointments in Woodbridge this morning.
