School trip

After a bit of gardening in the playground, I accompanied H's class to their local library for a tour. Luckily they're not too little or rowdy so we made it there and back (on foot) with no incidents! The librarian seemed impressed by their attentiveness, and a lot of books were read and borrowed. Was lovely to hear all their silly chat.

Got a bit of garden tidying done in the afternoon, before H's swimming lesson gave me a chance to catch up with an old friend who I first met 10 years ago.
