     T B H it's not every year - BUT - I do keep a loose Eye on the Frogs' Spawn annually.
      This is about par for the course.  I haven't a record sooner than, appropriately, St. Valentine's Day; some well into March.  These had lost their initial, easy to see, separate globules, so at least a few days old but not old enough to see any change in "Critter" shape of Eggs.
     I don't think I've ever been quite so chuffed to see the "Waterfall" feed pipe was both, white and in shot, to better delineate each egg.+
