Another birthday…

Today was the birthday of #2 son, and has ended with us trudging back from Newhaven to our hotel at Ocean Terminal under a big bright moon, full of cake, champagne and curry (happy alliteration). That’s when I took the photo of the tram that glided into my sights …

This hotel is much improved since our last night here at least 10 years ago. We slept well, rose late and were last to leave the breakfast room after a breakfast that ensured we’d not need to eat again till much later. We spent the free time we had delivering presents to the birthday boy and wandering round the docks.

Now I’m falling asleep while poking at my phone and this is not good! Time to desist…
