Twilight, and I'm headed home
It is late in the evening of my last day in New Jersey.
It's been hot and humid, and simply wonderful. As always, it is over far too quickly and once again, I will be far, far away from people who are so dear to me. Far away from a city rife with memories of childhood, and youth, and inspiration.
But now, I'm going home, and home is the beautiful Pacific Northwest where, yes, it rains, and where the air is clean and fresh, where lakes and trees and snow-capped mountains abound, and the land is open and rugged.
Good bye New Jersey!
Good bye New York!
I'll be back . . .
