Ouch!

Well, yesterday didn't turn out as much fun in the end.

A few years ago, while cycling, a motorist didn't look......he saw a gap in the car traffic and went for it.....bang!

I now have a life long knee injury.

Walking through town yesterday and I caught my heel on a uneven paving, pop! Pain shot up my leg!

Hello! Mr Balloon knee!

Ice pack and loads of ibuprofen over night....lets see how I get on standing all day :(
