St Conans Kirk.

Such a lovely wedding venue.  We had a quick stop for photos on our way home. 

So the answer to yesterday's question was Eyemouth. 

Lots of driving. We went to Burnmouth (Scotland's first harbour) first for the Captain to do his marine detective thing, then on to Eyemouth for lunch, where we found a fabulous vegetarian cafe serving delicious food. That was lucky as everywhere else seemed to be closed.
Then we stopped for the night in Edinburgh where everywhere was hoaching because of todays rugby match. 
Unfortunately,  just as we were about to leave the hotel the Restaurant that we'd booked phoned to say that they'd lost all their power and couldn't open.  Too bad as it was going to be a nostalgic evening as the Captain worked there in his younger days, and over the years we've had several family celebrations there.
Fortunately our boy was able to suggest an alternative and a fun evening was had.

Home to what feels like a Sunday evening,  and to confuse us even more we're having our Friday night fish and chips tonight! :))
