More rain!

The day started cold and misty and at the allotment even the rain gauge had a disk of ice floating.  It was the first allotment shop day of the year and we sold all the  manure and all but  3 or 4 bags of the multipurpose compost.  It is a great time to catch up with other allotmenteers and marks the beginning of the season for some.
The new mower shed has arrived, so some work was done to clear the base, ready to assemble it later this week. The original was blown over and trashed by one of the storms.
