Hot sauna and cold water

After sweaty vaccuming and cleaning home -day we left to common sauna of Ylöjärvi. In the pic there is the smoked sauna and back there you can see the pier to walk down into the lake.

My operated knee didn't really like the lake-cold -  sauna-hot changes, but started to get a little sensitive. So I had to stop swimming in +1c water and only go to sauna and cool down in cold wind. It worked quite well and was kinder to the knee.

+1c dull and dark day. Showers in the evening.

Ylöjärvi avantouimarit sauna is so great!
