Smashed it! 
I took several versions of the pic above. I decided to share the version where she looks most like a yob!

A combination of a week's worth of running, new trainers and I pumped up the tyres on the running buggy for the first time meant that I ran my arse off.

Really chuffed with a sub 30 but not giving up there. Plenty more minutes to shave off.
