Tic Tac Toes

Our morning walk was long and ambling; we watched the UofP Rowing Team finish up their morning's training, then watched as about 20 small boats came up river. I don't know who or what, and they were too far to get a clear photo, but they appeared to be powered by foot pedal, though some may have had small electric trolling motors. Some did have fishing poles. See what I mean about there being never a dull moment on our trail, along the river!
