Kerbside Beauty…….

Every time I walk along the road heading to the river for my walk I pass a garden bed adjacent to the footpath. It looks particularly beautiful at present because the roses growing there are bursting out again in fresh blooms. Second flowering and so beautiful. These lovely subtly apricot-tinted pink roses looked stunning to me.
A strange day, weather-wise. Some light rain during the night leaving a mere 3mm in my rain gauge. . Better than nothing . Then cloud all day. One bonus is that the day has been much cooler than of late.
