Payne

The Payne Mausoleum is all that remains of Newhill Hall in Wath. The House of John Payne was demolished and all that remains is the family mausoleum in a public park.

between 1834, when it was built to hold the remains of John's wife, Sarah, and 1866, 8 of the Payne family were interred there and there they remain, in the park, with jumpers for goalposts.
