Warkworth Castle

Warkworth is quite an impressive castle and it'll look great close up in a few more weeks time. I could see the leaves of the daffodils on the mound and I remember a few years ago passing by when they were in bloom.

As I drove through on my way to Alnmouth I noticed what a great view you get from beside the River Coquet so I stopped on my way back for this view which I like very much. I've added an extra of Alnmouth with Church Hill in the background and the ferry hut in the foreground.
