As promised I went to Lewis' next game. It was a friendly with a team who are in the next league up. 
Super proud of him in goals for the first time, for the  first half. He saved 7 goals and let one.through, which he was disappointed with. He then played the second half on the field and scored a goal. They drew 5-5. The other team were a bit vile. Boys pushing, holding boys back and  holding on to tops. The other coach was swearing at Lewis'  coach for things he called his boys out on. Lewis coach was so encouraging, telling the boys they were doing well and keep going. Noticed the other coach didn't show much support to his boys. It was a bit of an eye opener. 
Back home to thaw out and de mud my trainers where I sat on the sofa all afternoon.
