Height: unknown

Owing to the cloud cover, nobody really knew when to stop building and nobody can tell how tall the building is at any point in time.

I jest, of course. The building is 246 metres tall, which makes it the tallest in the Nordics. Why this was deemed desirable is… well… shrouded in mystery.
