Butterfly blue

Nice slow start to the day and then a hard body pump session.
Went over to a former colleague's house for a barbecue and get-together with the old teams. Really nice to see everyone again and to meet some of their little children. Most have now got new jobs and are moving on - great to hear. It was a shame it was so grey and windy - too miserable to sit outside.

This is one of the many flowers out in the garden. The garden is full of bees.
