Texture

Looks like an implementation of torture but l use this to roll along the sole of my foot to help with the plantar fasciitis. Do think it’s beneficial but now that l’ve got my op out of the way it’s time to concentrate on getting this better.
Elaine went home this morning and l’ve been back to Zumba, took it steady but felt fine and really enjoyed it.
Enjoyed a flat white and a catch up at the village tearoom too.

Have cancelled ballet that l usually do on a Tuesday, feel a day off between exercise will be beneficial in my recovery .
Washed the bedding from the guest room and it’s drying on the line.
Not doing much for the rest of the day but l feel@ long soak in the bath calling.
