Tea break

This morning I went to the gym for a "Total fitness" class (and it was!) I've had to swap my gym sessions around as I can't make my Wednesday class. 

While I was in Oswestry I called in at F's where his daughter had come to help with the new kitchen.  The old cooker was removed by them and I made a cup of tea while they were contemplating the fitting of the new oven and hob.  

I don't know how they got on as I didn't stay long because there was nothing that I could do and I didn't want to be in their way.
