Posting a day late....

Thanks for all of the comments, stars and hearts on yesterday's Curve-billed thrasher.

I went to Tubac to explore the village. Taking some roads off the beaten path led me to this house. It's in a Barrio near the historical state park. The Presidio, a type of fort, is where the early Spanish settlers fought the Apaches, sometimes more successfully than other times. Tubac was the first European settlement in Arizona and its first capital.
When you enter the village there's a sign that reads "Tubac: where history meets the arts."
