Boats, blinds and back.

The harbour and marina in Carrick always have pretty sailing boats. The rusty working variety look good too.  I spent the afternoon installing blinds in the sun room.  My back is not in good shape, so I have been wearing a brace. It really does help, flattens out my tummy too!
