Making sure?

The Environment Agency came in for a bit of criticism when Cockermouth flooded so spectacularly in 2009. One area of concern was the failure to keep the rivers Cocker and Derwent dredged. There is no doubt that someone is trying hard with the Derwent here - it looks as if it would be a lot of fun to drive that orange thing!
