Chelmsford run with B

A very windy run with B this morning.  I was pleased to have run a steady 5k with B power walking. I hope the worst of my cold is now over. The cold NE wind blew us along at the start but was on our nose for the return. 

We found a lovely cafe in a garden centre for our lunch and post-run chat.
