I was going to do this as a selfie but I couldn’t find enough of the silvery stuff.
 
 
Day out to Newark Hospital for Mrs W’s RA checkup.  Apart from having to make a last minute detour via our doctors to pick up blood results as they didn’t appear online things went well, and no more check ups planned for a year.
 
 
Cauliflower Cheese for tea tonight – one of our favourite comport foods.
