Having the most temperate climate, Vancouver has the country’s most serious homeless problem. Being a very large harbour, Vancouver also has a large problem with ‘live aboard’ boats, and abandoned boats. Looks like this one gave up the ghost and went to the bottom (of False Creek. Downtown Vancouver in the background.)
