Closer ....

to the ground today!  Luckily I saw 'clumps' of Hellebores and decided to photograph them.  My plant has gone to Hellebore heaven and I do like this colour.  So Blip taken.  It was within a small border with a stone wall behind and single daffodils spaced in between.   I also photographed the white version too, but this one appeals to me. Thankfully I didn't need to get down on my knees or I could still be planted there!
When I took this photo it was cloudy and damp, so no hellebore internals were on view.
