Albarinio

My glass of Albarinio in the sun.
Without a doubt Rias Baixas Albarinio from the Basque country is the nicest white wine I have ever tasted. Crisp, sharp and dry the way a white wine should be.
Just perfect with a plate of prawns and a baguette with butter.
