In the morning, another difficult visit to the supermarket; one day I'll get used to it. I'm usually fine as long as I don't dwell on the memories, but sometimes they will just bubble to the surface.
A shorter walk in the afternoon, in the cold wind. But the sun was out. Then a visit to a neighbour who got back from a holiday in Oz last week. They'd had a grand time, and particularly enjoyed a trip along the Great Barrier Reef.
It was the right thing to visit, I'd been feeling a bit down since the morning. The walk had helped too.
