Goggles

I was searching for my reading glasses, and realised that in the last year or two I've amassed quite a collection. I must be the Imelda Marcos of spectacles - though, in my defence, most of them came from the PoundShop.

It's not vanity - I just keep losing them, and find that having a pair in every likely place is very useful. So there's a pair for the living room, one for the car, another beside my bed, a pair in the toilet (don't ask) and so on.

I've still not managed to acquire my dream specs - as a keen Guardian reader, I'd just love a pair of their augmented reality glasses.
