High and wide

Today's theme was a big headache for me. I do not understand at all what is being asked. But, I am pragmatic and interpret it my way. I take a photo high above the ground from my kitchen window of all the bicycles that are visible on the street. To fit all the bikes, I have to take a wide photo.
And of course, it is a leap year, I can not influence that in any way.
