Cuppa with Mum & Peg

Cuppa at Mums last night. She has long resisted the 'Smart Phone Phenomenon' opting instead for a simple flip phone. Nothing wrong with that of course but as the days good news was that Dad has gotten a place at the rehabilitation ward in Southport - woohoo!!!! - she won't be able.to visit daily and thus has agreed to try out getting with the program with my spare android.

Her SIM card is staying in Ye Olde Flip Brick for now and tonight's task was to set up the android phone with WhatsApp for video calling through her home WiFi.

It's works a treat and when Dad answered they had their first go at having a video call...once the stuff of science fiction!

Peggy here has brought me her favourite toy, a manky soft toy that resembles a Steak and appropriately named 'Meat' :-)
