Quest

An unpleasant walk along the main road to acquire some contact lens solution. This is usually a comical quest in Dar es Salaam that happens when my last drop is due to expire. I found a new Korean brand to keep me stocked and at least there was a nice sunset at the petrol station next to the pharmacy. The conjunctivitis epidemic going around Tanzania and what I contracted over Christmas is now being shared by public health alerts. We must all be careful with gratuitous handshaking and eye rubbing.
