Holiday memento

Wednesday
Having been around 70F (21 C) for the last couple of days, the temperature dropped overnight, and continued to drop throughout today, along with quite a strong wind, so by the time we went to the gym about 2pm, it was down to the 30s, and by 7am tomorrow morning, it will be about 22F ( -5C). The birds were flocking to the feeders, and my kinetic sculptures in the garden were very active in the wind.
When we returned from the gym, we had a cup of tea, then Roger went out to the hardware store and the gas station. While he was gone, Laura called, and as usual was on the phone for ages, and was still on the phone when Roger got back. I sat and did some knitting while we (or to be more precise mainly she!) talked.
My blip is a holiday memento from our trip to Norway last summer, the classic scene of the old wooden houses by the waters edge in Bergen. I’m tagging it for Wide Wednesday, though I know it doesn’t fit the theme for the week.
