Great St Barts...

...glimpsed up an alleyway next to the Rising Sun pub in the pouring rain this afternoon (Great St Barts). I love the chequerboard flints.

A minute later I spotted the old plaques in the extra which have been attached to the new Elizabeth Line station across the road. The station is on what was the boundary between Finsbury and the City of London and on the boundary between the part of St Sepulchre's parish that was in the City of London and that part that was in Middlesex.
