On The Go In The City

Temperature +1. Overcast, moderate south wind. Not foggy anymore.

Today it was time, once again, to go to imaging as a control examination for breast cancers in my family and my mother's sisters. Anything to worry about wasn't seen this time either.

The weather felt quite mild. Quite strange, for this month, in addition to January, should have been our coldest winter month. Climate change appears to be a reality.

The picture is taken from taxi through dirty windows :)) Anyway, it shows the snow conditon here a the moment, piles like this are here and there waiting for moving away. Their melting in place take a long time, even until summer because of gravel and other dirt they contain. The building in back is Helsinki Ice Hall opened in 1966.
