Jumbled-up things

Today I feel like I have lots on my mind. You know the kind if day when random, disconnected things pop into your head and you have a sudden sense of unease? That.

Was at a bit of a loss as to what to photograph when I remembered this box stuffed full of odd, jumbled up things. It sits on my bedside cabinet and its the place I put things I don't really know what to do with. The box is from India, as us the Buddha. I've never been, they were a gift from a friend. I don't think I've ever used the nail polish. The animal print bangles were my meagre concession to an animal themed party. The cloth underneath the box is a piece of my oldest brothers artwork.

So a strange mix of sentimental and insignificant things. I wish I could filter the things bobbing about in my head easily - just put the important things in a box and throw the rest away.
