I remember when this was all fields...

Finally, after a delay of nearly six months, the link road from Churchend to the Downs Road is open. Well, ok, open as long as you don't mind driving - or cycling - through six inches of floodwater.

The road was closed to create a cut and cover tunnel between two fields into which the local quarry was expanding, and today I took a ride over the almost completed bridge. Shiny Armco...

Good to get out on Ruby. Just a little ride to wake the legs up. 

I spent a fair bit of time twenty five years ago dealing with aspects of the Y2k bug, which because of a lot of work turned out not to be an issue... ahem. I smiled to read today of problems with World Rally Championship...

EA recommend you reset your console date to 1st March for the day... lol
