Lots of great skills and steps to independence starting to show. Sharp knives for veg prep, fire lighting/management, washing up, compost vs recycling vs bin. 

Everyone managed to meet the target of "I'll try a bit of something and know it's ok not to like it"  including the one who'd genuinly never tried a vegetable outside of plain tomato pasta sauce before. Lots of new things or familiar things with a different texture enjoyed for most. And those not so sure were proud of trying. "New" is a BIG challenge for lots of these guys.
