Lomonosov Birds.

Went to get my new tyres fitted in the morning, did a little shopping then came home.  The water had gone off at ten as expected but I was well prepared. Spent the day knitting and looking for bargain silk tops. I got a bargain one a little while ago and I love it. Couldn't find anything but wouldn't stop looking so nothing much got done. Forgot about a blip so ended up with this  rather naff photo of Lomonosov porcelain  from the USSR which  was  bought in a shop in Appleby.  Very cheap and I collected quite a few pieces as I holidayed in the area a good few times. It still doesn't cost much but people do collect it. I'm quite tempted to buy some more.
