Yakety Yak

This morning I took Mishka to the Adventure Bark, a seven acre private dog park, to meet Denise of Red Dog so that we could resume training. It rained continuously throughout and we got soaked but Mish was a good girl and we tried some techniques to help her to get over her aversion to other dogs.

It poured all afternoon too, so I decided to blip one of the Himalayan yak milk treats that Denise has recommended. I've pictured it on a photo in a copy of David Attenborough's The Living Planet, which was given to our son by his grandma in 1984. It shows yak country, the upper Kali Gandaki river in Nepal. The yak image is from Mammals of the World by Hans Hvass. Needless to say all this got me singing Yakety Yak (Bring in the dog put out the cat. :))
